Mindful Mondays and Wellbeing Wednesdays

Monthly, no-cost classes designed to help you combat stress and build resilience. All session times are 10:00 – 11:00 MT. Classes are hosted by Kaiser Permanente for ALL employees, regardless of Kaiser membership! Can’t attend live? No problem, register anyway to receive the recordings.

Winter Break Wellness Challenges

Healthy Habits Over the Holidays

This 21 day challenge is an opportunity to reduce stress, be mindful, and stay active over the busy holiday season. From Dec 20th – Jan 9th, earn points by completing achievable wellness activities from 3 categories: fitness, nutrition, and well-being. Once your 3 week challenge board is filled, turn it in to be entered into the prize drawings!

Reading Challenge Bingo

Join this Winter Reading Challenge! From Dec 20th – Jan 5th, complete fun reading tasks from a 25-square bingo board. Mark off each task – every time you score a bingo (up to 5 total), earn an entry into the prize drawings!


Virtual Yoga Classes

Thursdays from January 8th to February 12th at 4:30pm

Join us from the comfort of your home for this 6 week virtual yoga class. This event is a great way to stay active and moving during the coldest months of the year.

All skill levels welcome and no equipment is needed. A yoga mat and blocks are optional.


Healthy Hearts and Minds

UCHealth at Longs Peak Medical Center is offering FREE heart health screenings for your entire family on Thursday, February 26th.

Screenings include:

  • Body Mass Index(BMI) and growth % – measure of weight relative to height. Changes over time as everyone grows at different rates.
  • Blood pressure – checks how hard the heart is working to pump blood.
  • Fingerstick cholesterol test – used to find out HDL and total cholesterol.
