Low Income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP)
- The Low Income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP) assists low-income families and individuals with their heating costs and runs November 1 through April 30.
Colorado’s Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP)
- No-cost weatherization services for income-qualified Coloradans to save money, increase comfort, and improve their homes and the environment with proven energy conservation solutions.
