Request Employee Accommodations

St. Vrain Valley Schools understands that its employees are its greatest resources, and the District is committed to helping its employees stay in the jobs that they are hired to perform.

If you have a physical or mental impairment that makes it challenging to perform one or more of your job tasks, you may be eligible for an accommodation plan to help you fulfill the functions of your job.

If you have any questions, please contact the District’s ADA Coordinator, Heather Keith, or ADA Tech, Irene Prado.

More about the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA):

The ADA is a federal law that guarantees that individuals with a qualifying disability have equal access to employment opportunities.  An individual with a disability is someone who has a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities or major bodily functions.

The ADA requires employers to engage in the interactive process with their disabled employees to identify any reasonable job accommodations that would allow the disabled employee to perform the essential functions of their job.

Please have your provider complete and return the ADA Medical Inquiry Form. Once the form is received, the interactive process will ensue.
