Community Resources

The following are community resources that connect families to support in various areas, including assistance with housing, food, health, safety, and more.

211 Colorado

211 Colorado is a confidential and multilingual service connecting people to vital resources across the state. St. Vrain families can find information about resources in our local community, ensuring comprehensive support across a wide range of categories.

FindHelp.org

Find free or reduced-cost resources like food, housing, financial assistance, health care, and more.

988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline

The 988 Lifeline provides 24/7, free and confidential support for people in distress.

Blue Sky Bridge

Blue Sky Bridge was established to provide a safe and supportive environment for abuse victims where a neutral, professionally-led forensic interview provides case information for all participating law enforcement, judicial and social service agencies.
