QUALIFICATION OF CANDIDATE FOR SCHOOL DISTRICT DIRECTOR:
To be eligible for appointment, a candidate must be a registered elector of the school district for at least twelve consecutive months prior to the date of appointment, a resident of Director District C, 18 years of age, and a United States citizen. Any person convicted of a sexual offense against a child is ineligible.
This appointment will serve on the Board of Education until the next Coordinated Election in November of 2027.
DIRECTOR DISTRICTS:
The St. Vrain Valley School District RE-1J has seven director districts. Director District C is a compact district generally located in North Longmont, with boundaries that include Airport Road on the west, Pace Street to the east (including all of Ute Creek Golf Course), south of SH66 to 9th Avenue. Excluding areas of northwest Longmont around Lake McIntosh, and Sanborn Elementary, north of 21st Avenue.
