The July 22, 2020 Special Meeting will be held at 6:00 pm in the Educational Services Center Board Room, attended in person only by six members of the Board, Dr. Haddad, Dr. Kapushion, St. Vrain Valley Education Association President Steve Villarreal, and Boulder County Public Health (BCPH) Department Executive Director Jeff Zayach, BCPH School Planning Liaison and BCPH Chief Medical Officer.
Keeping with Governor Polis’ Executive Order to only gather small groups, this meeting will not have physical public participation. However, if the public should have any questions about the items on the agenda or any non-agenda items they would like read by a Board member during the meeting, they can send an email through this link test-st-vrain-valley-schools.pantheonsite.io/leadership/board-of-education/district-board-meetings and click on “Board of Education Question Form” until Noon on Tuesday, July 21.
Please be advised that those comments you submit will be read publicly by the Board President during the Board Meeting. Those messages must be 3 minutes each or less and no more than 30 minutes of comments total will be read. Comments will be read verbatim by the Board President in the order that they were received up to the 30-minute point. Please note that all comments that are read by the Board President will include the person’s name and address. This meeting will be broadcast and streamed live at www.longmontpublicmedia.org/watch/ and the video of the broadcasted meeting will be on the District website as soon as possible after the meeting.
